Sealoflex Sanitary HM MAX is a high modulus sealant guaranteed to prevent mould, mildew, and bacteria for up to 10 years due to its fungicidal properties. Suitable for use in industrial, commercial, and domestic applications, where high humidity can be expected such as bathrooms, kitchens, showers, baths, wet rooms, and sanitary ware.

Sanitary MAX remains permanently waterproof and can also be used around doors, window frames, or areas that have high condensation levels.
